Teams Creating Excellence Seminar

So often I hear chiropractors wail over the lack of good support they have or have had in the past. It’s often a huge problem for offices.

For years, I struggled in this department also until I hired three different human resources coaches and developed systems to help the people who work on my team. As one of my coaches would repeatedly say, “Pam, no one comes to work to do a bad job. They need your help and guidance to bring your work to the world.”

There are so  many important jobs to supporting a chiropractic office. But it is NOT about checklists and paperwork. It is about making a difference in people’s lives. Understand WHY we do all the things we do in our offices.

Dealing with Difficult People

This is a time where we lay out allllllll the people who really challenge us in our practices. We examine what is going on there and we look at what needs to happen at the front desk to transform these interactions.

Productivity and Efficiency Hacks

Busy practices need to look at everything they do to see how to do it better. We offer  modern tools to help your office to be most effective.

Communicate to Personality Types

Most offices have teams that predominantly communicate in ONE way. It is so important to  learn what is most helpful for the person you are speaking to.
