When, where, and what to expect
Dates
Thursday, October 22 through Sunday, October 25, 2026. Four full days ending with the Implementation Mastermind.
Venue
Hampton Inn by Hilton in Natick, MA. Twenty minutes from Boston and an easy drive from anywhere in New England. Book your room directly with the hotel or nearby.
Evenings
Friday night Musical Bingo. Saturday night Dance Party. Bring shoes you can move in.
Questions
Who should attend?
Chiropractors at any stage of practice, plus the people who run the practice with them: CAs, office managers, front desk, and team members. The Patient Experience track runs in parallel so teams learn together.
Is there a separate CA program?
Yes. CAs and team members have dedicated parallel sessions focused on the patient experience, communication, and implementation, and join the full group for philosophy sessions and evening events.
How does checkout work for teams?
One checkout covers everyone. Select the number of Doctor tickets and the number of CA & Team tickets you need, enter your discount code, and complete a single purchase.
What's the refund policy?
Full refund for cancellations 30 or more days before the event. Within 30 days of the event, registrations are non-refundable, but you may transfer your ticket to a colleague or team member at any time by contacting us.
Can I combine discount codes?
No. One code per registration. ChiroBloom members and current coaching clients use code BLOOM for 50% off at any time, with no deadline. Everyone else uses EARLYBIRD, which is 50% off through Labor Day and 25% off after.
Where do I stay?
The event is at the Hampton Inn by Hilton in Natick, MA. Book directly with the hotel, or choose from several hotels within a short drive.
